I teach yoga for everybody and every body. My yoga philosophy is, "striking a 'perfect pose' is not the goal of yoga, rather it is about cultivating a personal practice that deepens your mental clarity and body strength through intentional breathing, mindful movement and conscious being so that you are more present and peaceful in the body, circumstance and place you are in at any given moment." If we start where we are with what we have then we will find more ease and enjoyment along the often challenging journey of life.
